SnorksTM brand products are offered with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you let us know within 30-Days of your purchase, then you can send your purchased product back to us and we’ll then refund the product purchase price you paid (or cancel any pending payments toward the purchase). 

You do not need to give a reason.

TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND HOW TO CLAIM SNORKS’ MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We apply a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to our SnorksTM branded products. Instructions on how to return the Snork product forms part of these terms and conditions for the Guarantee. Participation in the Snorks 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The “Promoter” is Circle Pacific Supplies Limited, PO Box 32-132, 108 Stanmore Road, Christchurch, New Zealand 8147.

  1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
  2. The “Participating Store” is the authorised online retailer in New Zealand (www.snorks.co.nz) and excludes any online bidding or auction websites (including www.trademe.co.nz) or any unauthorised retailers or resellers or second hand sales. 
  3. “Purchase” occurs on the date that the purchaser orders the product from the snorks.co.nz online store (or the first business day thereafter if the order occurs on a weekend or public holiday). 
  4. “Participating Product” means the Snork branded anti-snoring products only. This promotion is not valid with any other product or offer that is sold or recommended by the Promoter or its affiliates on behalf of other brands.
  5. The “Promotional Period” is from 5 April 2019. 
  6. Product and Return claims must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.
  7. The Promotion may be closed at the Promoter’s absolute discretion at any time and without notice. However, the Guarantee will still stand for purchasers who purchased prior to closure of the promotion. 
  8. “Eligible Claimants” are the original purchaser of a Participating Product if purchased from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period.
  9. Eligible Claimants must email help@snorks.co.nz within 30-Days of the Purchase date and obtain a Return Product Authority (RPA).
  10. Claimants to return Participating Product to the Promoter (Circle Pacific Supplies Limited) at the Claimant’s own expense.
  11. A refund will only be provided once the Promoter receives:
  12. The Participating Product (whether used or unused), and … 
  13. An RPA (Return Product Authority) number obtained from the Promoter per paragraph 5 above.
  14. Refund will be issued within 30 working days after the Participating Product and RPA has been received and processed by the Promoter. Payments will be made by direct credit to the person on the Return Product Authority claim only.
  15. Refund will be for the paid product price only and will not include shipping charges that the purchaser paid.
  16. All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter, which reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of claims (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence, purchase receipt and serial number) and disqualify any claim that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  18. The guarantee is limited to a maximum of one per customer.
  19. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Participating Store/Promoter, the Participating Store/Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  20. The Participating Store/Promoter bears no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise, or for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information whether provided by a claimant or otherwise.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT (NEW ZEALAND) 

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide (at the very least) a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand).
